Custom Titles and Icons¶

Select a Menu Action and use the Inspector to change how it appears in Finder.

Titles¶

A custom title changes only this saved Menu Action. It does not rename the Action in Action Library. Choose a title that describes the configured result, such as Export as JPEG or Move to Projects.

Icons¶

Choose an icon that makes the Action recognizable at a glance. MenuSmith uses symbols that remain legible in both Light and Dark mode.

Custom presentation does not change what the Action is allowed to do. Execution requirements continue to follow the configured settings.
