Groups and Separators

Groups

A group creates a named submenu. Use groups when you have several related Actions or when the top-level menu becomes difficult to scan.

Keep group names short and task-oriented, such as Images, PDFs, or Organize. Drag Actions into or out of a group at any time.

Separators

A separator adds visual space between nearby items. It does not create a submenu and has no Finder availability settings.

Use separators sparingly. A few clear sections are easier to scan than a divider between every Action.
