Look beyond the visible content

Leave out details you did not mean to share.

A file can carry location, author, device, or other embedded details alongside its visible content. Create a separate cleaned copy before sending it on.

Clean supported embedded details

Remove writable metadata from supported image and media formats, PDFs, and modern Office documents. The removable information depends on the file format.

Keep the source for yourself

Work on a new copy beside the original. You can keep the full source in your collection and choose the cleaned version for sharing.

See what changed

Enable the report to inspect removed tags and review files that could not be processed, instead of assuming every file was cleaned.

A clean copy, with a useful record.

Use a direct cleanup Action or turn on Show Report when you want to inspect the results. Visible document content remains your responsibility to review.

Good to know

This is metadata removal, not visible-content redaction or a guarantee of anonymity. Some metadata is format-dependent; signed or encrypted PDFs and unsupported formats are skipped.
