Make the collection easier to work with.
A delivery list, media inventory, or project handover can start with the files already in Finder. Choose the details once instead of transcribing them.
Take the list where you work
Copy it to the clipboard or export plain text, TSV, or CSV. Choose a name and location each time, or set a filename to save straight into the Finder folder. Automatic formatting chooses plain text for one column and TSV for multiple columns.
Explore before you export
Open an interactive report to sort rows and resize or rearrange columns. Changes in the report help with that review without changing the saved Action.
A list for the job in front of you.
Keep a simple name-only Action for quick copies and a richer inventory for project handovers. Include subfolders when the collection extends below the current folder, and choose whether hidden items belong in the list.
